  <description>HEyy girlies&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;today i binged majorly but i purged most of it and im not eating for the rest of the day.  im not upset about it cuz i havent purged in almost a week and thats a long time for me so i felt like i had to do it in order to keep going...im trying to limit purging to once  a week n then less after that but i cant just stop all together.  ne ways im planning to do the 2468 diet but what do u guys think is more effective...the 02040608 diet or the 2468 diet? ive never done it b4 so just wondering what works better for u guys, allthough im not very good with fasting i tend to faint.  well good luck today...take advantage of the nice jogging weather : )&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;think thin!</description>

  <description>i hate when people leave rude comments, it&apos;s no one&apos;s place to tell us that we r messed up and judge us for having an eating disorder...theyre just jealous cuz they&apos;re fat haha&lt;br /&gt;i ate 1 slice of pork chop today n thats it for the whole day...other than that just water n coffee...im not sure how much cals is in the meat but im sure ill burn it off at work.  i dont have time to excersize today but at least i didn&apos;t eat much.  ppl keep telling me i lost weight and it is such good motivation : ) think thin girls!</description>

  <description>yday i did good untill i binged and purged in the afternoon b/c my house has so much goddamn food but i got most of it up cuz i was hungry a couple hrs later and didnt eat ne thing else.  today has to b better, im basically fasting, if anything ill have under 100 cals (i might need an apple or something b4 work for energy) Im going to visit my bf this weekend at college so i wanna b super thin, but there is gonna b so much drinking-we always go to bars, and so much food all weekend.  Its gonna b rough-ill try my best tho.  i got down to 114 so im pretty excited considering my stg was 115, i have to be a steady 110 by prom which is in a month from now.  I won&apos;t allow anything over 110 for prom. for summer im thinking ill reset my goal...maybe around 108-i think id b pretty skinny at 108 considering im 5 ft 4.   <description>heyy girls thanx for the advice u gave me yday about mia...it actually rly helped. now that i know i only get rid of 30 % of the calories im so grossed out by myself thinking about how i used to gorge myself with cake n then think i didnt gain ne thing when i threw it all up.  no wonder why i havent lost weight lately. im feeling pretty fat today and im scared to weigh myself so im gonna wait a couple of days b4  wiegh myself.  so im gonna try really hard to just excersize and eat less so that i burn off everything i eat.  this is a healthier way and im gonna stick to it, i have to train my brain to stop binging and purging.  im gonna go to the track and do like 3 or 4 miles..im not sure how much that burns.  Ne ways how is everyone else doing lately?</description>

  <description>so for breakfast i had a bagel and a half...that made me so pissed off at myself so i threw up a little of it and then i did 300 jumping jacks and 300 crunches hopefully i burned some of it off and im not eating ne thing else for the rest of the day...if im starving ill have some salad or neg cal veggies and lots of water.  I am so weak : (&lt;br /&gt;Do juice or liquid fasts work for anybody here? im thinking ill try that for a couple days&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;think thin girlies&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;sugardoll...im 5 ft 4 120lb, pretty close</description>

  <description>wtf is wrong with me i cant stop eating, all i think about is food...how im going to avoid it, what i wish i could eat, what im going to eat, when, how much, its ridiculous.  I keep walking in my kitchen every 5 mins and looking around, tempting myself making it that much harder- and half the time i end up picking at something!&lt;br /&gt;i need to keep myself more busy but ive been sick the last couple days and my family keeps trying to buy me yummy food to help me feel better on top of it and i have been too weak to excersize.  Well ne ways ive had enough ive decided im going to plan out everything im going to eat the night before and write it down...and the next day i will not allow myself to eat ne thing thats not written on that peice of paper.  That way i will know exactly how many calories i consumed, etc.  I need need need to weigh 110 by prom which is about 2 months away...10 lbs in 2 months, very possible but thats more than ive ever lost in two months (i no im weak) so no more than 500 cals a day and tredmill everyother day.  I have to stick to this in order to break my mia tendancies-which were getting out of control.  Well that felt rly good to vent lol im so glad to have u guys who can relate to me : )&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ps-its gonna b nice out this weekend, perfect jogging weather</description>

  <description>ok so heres my new plan im going to try very hard to not eat out even if it means giving up part of my social life:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;everyother day im going to go on the tredmill to keep my metabolism fast but then i wont eat that day and then on opposite days im going to eat every three hours a neg cal snack. i hope this works b/c last ntie my guy sed that he likes how ive gotten &quot;thicker&quot; this is the worst possible thing he could have sed and to top it off he tookj me to a chinese restaurant today and i couldnt purge after.being that im mia, i have a hard time controling how much i eat once i start so its better if i dont start cuz i have have have to stop purging its hurting my throat bad.  ne ways g nite girls...think thin&lt;br /&gt;Hunger=beauty</description>

He told me that i look bigger and that my boobs look bigger! he meant it as a compliment but i wanted to die.  he was like u have more to grab now-this is the worst possible thing that a guy could say to me.  ugh.   <description>omg! i just ate a big bowl of cereal, an english muffin, a cookie and chocolate all at once! i was so hungry and i totally went crazy. The worst part is i couldn&apos;t even purge, it just wasnt working for some reason...so now i am drinking a huge cup of coffe and going to excersize.  And I&apos;m deff not eating any thing else today ( plus ill b going to a club tonight, dancing burns alot)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Stay strong girls...only fat people eat</description>

Sometimes i feel fine after i throw up and i used to do it before practice and still have energy...but other times it just feels like im gonna die, like the whole blacking out and racing heart thing.  I have heart problems to b egin with cuz i was born with a hear murmer and i get anxiety attacks so i thought it was just me so im kinda glad to hear some1 else gets that too.  I think it&apos;s just cuz u lose so many minerals and stuff wen u throw up and u get dehydrated..therefor im trying to stop and just restrict wat i eat.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Christines_body, it&apos;s deff better to eat alot in the morning or afternoon if u are going to binge cuz then at least u have the rest of the day to use the calories.  I used to work with this lady who told me she lost 30 lbs and wen i asked her how she told me that it was by eating less of course but only eating before 5 or 6 pm so her body burned off everything before she slept.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Love ya&apos;s..hope everyones doing well</description>

  <description>Heyy..I just got home from hanging out with this guy that i like and thank god i avoided eating but it&apos;s so hard.  He always wants to go out o eat n stuff and whenever we do, i end up eating a ton and then purging...once i start eating i feel like i have no control, so it&apos;s better to just not start at all. I started my fast today at 5pm, so hopefully i can go the whole day tommorow but we have such yummy stuff in my house its hard.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Goodnite : )</description>
